About Me
I am originally from Chile & I have worked in the travel industry since 2002. Before moving to Canada, I worked as a travel agent in Santiago, Chile, then in various roles in tourist destinations across Patagonia. After moving to Canada I wanted to share my passion for travel and my authentic travel experiences with others, and what better way than as a travel agent. I joined Flight Centre in 2007 and have been a travel agent for the past 17 years, helping people to explore new culture, destinations and experiences.

I have a passion for travel that has taken me through 5 continents and over 25 countries, including some off the beaten path destinations. Through my life stages my travel preferences have evolved from solo backpacking trips to packaged tours to adventure travel and now family focused vacations. " Pete, Stuart and I wanted to get away to Montreal in late April. I didn’t want to go down the rabbit hole of finding deals, activities, hotels to stay at and restaurants to check out.
We reached out to Paula and she immediately took the reins, sending us options for accommodations, activities, restaurants, train deals and more.
We were surprised to learn about Sonder - a boutique apartment-style hotel that is great for families. Paula let us know about two different locations in Montreal and the benefits of each. We booked the downtown one and were so grateful to have a washer, dryer, kitchen, and more than enough space so that Pete and I didn’t have to follow Stuart’s sleep schedule. They even had sound machines in the rooms to drown out any construction noise (luckily there wasn’t any). And, I enjoyed the gym and sauna too!
Paula was great at communicating with us and let us know we were taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Paula’s services again and refer her to my family, friends and patients."
